Drawn to scale. A week is the floor, and several of these buildings are set at a month or two by their own associations. That works in your favor. Weekly and seasonal guests tend to be older and quieter, and they treat the unit like somewhere they are staying rather than passing through. Fewer turnovers also means fewer cleaning fees and less wear on the furniture, so more of the rent survives to the end of the month.
Our office is at 2430 South Atlantic Avenue, on the same road as every building we manage. When a guest locks themselves out at eleven at night, or the air conditioning quits on a Sunday, the call comes to us. We have managed rentals in these buildings for decades, so we know the associations, the maintenance contacts, and which local vendors actually turn up.
Where does my unit get listed?
On our own channels and on Airbnb and VRBO for rentals. If you are selling, it goes on the MLS, which puts it in front of the two thousand-odd Realtors in Volusia County, and onto Zillow, Realtor.com and Homes.com.
How do I find out what my unit could earn?
Call the office and ask. We will give you a straight answer based on what units like yours are actually doing.
Who will I be dealing with?
