native Floridian, Ashley is originally from Gainesville and has lived in
Daytona Beach since 1979 when her parents, Terry & Sherry Davidson,
decided to work with Peck Realty and Condominium Development, Inc. full
time. A graduate of Spruce Creek High School, Ashley went on to attend
Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri. She graduated with a degree in
Elementary Education, but followed in her family's footstep earning her
real estate license in 1989.
Ashley
is currently an Executive Assistant and Sales Associate with Peck Realty
of Daytona Beach, Inc. Among other responsibilities, she is the Editor
of the company newsletter, "Peck Perspectives" and assists in decorating
models. She earned a place in the Million Dollar Sales Circle for 1993,
1994, 1998, 1999 and 2001. Other awards include: 2001 Sales Person
of the Year, 2000 Salesperson of the Year, 1999 Fourth Place Sales Award,
1998 Third Place Sales Award; 1993 Peck Realty Salesperson of the Year
and 1993 Salesman of the Year, Top Brass Merit Award.
Ashley
has lived in several of the Peck developed condominiums and was a full
time condo resident for twenty years. She says, "I love working with customers
and have first hand knowledge of the condominium market to help meet my
customers wants and needs. Ashley also enjoys working with her husband,
Clipper, who works part-time as an agent with Peck Realty of Daytona Beach,
Inc.
